Oil change?

i havent gotten an oil change in a really long time i know its really bad for the engine i know ....im just forgetful and hate wasting time to get it done....now my question is...pepboys has a special oil change ...it costs about 140 or something its on sale for 120....its an oil change n flush to get rid of any debris n gunk from an overdue oil change......my question is.....is it worth it or should i just get a regular oil change its a 94-96 cant remember ford explorer....Oil change?
Just get a regular oil change no flush. Flushing may cause problems. Just change the oil on a regular basis and don't forget. Its the best thing to do to your car to make it last..........UJN
Dont waste your money.

Just get a regular oil change. You may want to try a synthetic blend oil.Oil change?
i would just change it myself. don't know if you can do that or not, but just get a regular oil change. it's not nearly that much
You'll remember/make time when you have to fork over $2,800 for a new engine (or have to buy a new car). I agree with Uncle Jed. You might also want to ask about a Slick 50 treatment for your car.Oil change?
dont waste your money on them, just go and have a reg. oil and filter change done.
There is an alternate plan to chean the inside of your motor which won't drain your wallet. Use a good detergent motor oil such as Hanoline deposit shield or Valvoline. Replace one of the normal guarts of oil with a quart of Rislone. It's a very high detergent oil that cleans piston ring groves, lifters and does a great job of de-sluging a gasoline engine. Shine a pen type flashlight inside a valve cover and see what color it is. If it's pretty much black run this combination 3,000 miles and check inside the cover again. If it's still black do the above process again.
